What should you expect?
Sales / Client Consultant
As a targeted, specialist Sales Consultant you need to be confident, outgoing and professional. You will be conducting new business to convert companies to client companies; qualifying job vacancies to workable requirements; and evolving accounts through upselling and business development.
Your role will be a combination of office-based telephone sales as well as in-person business meetings and client entertainment.
You must be money-motivated in this demanding rollercoaster of a role, and have excellent relationship-building people skills!
Delivery / Project Support Consultant
As a Delivery Consultant you will "own" the candidate piece on high-quality recruitment project delivery: you will source candidates, conduct telephone-based candidate qualifications & present candidates for submission.
This is a telephone role in a close office environment so you need to be comfortable with picking up the telephone to make confident outbound calls.
You will earn your commission for successful candidate placements, so you must be hardworking and resilient!
