About the Opportunity
We’re supporting a major corporate undergoing a transformation programme, modernising core enterprise platforms and embedding new ways of working across global teams. This is a high‑visibility role where you’ll shape how thousands of colleagues adopt new systems, processes, and behaviours.
What You’ll Lead
Change strategy and planning across complex, multi‑workstream technology programmes
Stakeholder engagement at all levels, from project teams to senior leadership
Impact assessments, readiness planning, and organisational alignment
Designing and delivering communication and training plans that drive adoption
Supporting business units through process change, system rollouts, and operational transition
Championing a culture of continuous improvement and user‑centric change
What You Bring
Proven experience as a Change Manager on large enterprise systems projects
Strong understanding of change frameworks and methodologies
Ability to translate technical change into clear, engaging messaging for diverse audiences
Confidence working in matrixed, global environments with multiple stakeholders
A proactive, structured, and people‑focused approach to driving adoption
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship‑building skills
