Up to £65k + benefits
A leading humanitarian charity is embarking on a flagship CRM transformation and is looking for a CRM Project Manager to take full ownership of delivery. This high‑profile programme will modernise how the organisation manages supporters, income and engagement, directly strengthening its ability to respond to people in crisis.
The role
Lead the end‑to‑end implementation of a new organisation‑wide CRM, from planning and selection through to testing, go‑live and stabilisation.
Bring together stakeholders across fundraising, volunteering, finance, IT and data to ensure the system supports real frontline and back‑office needs.
Manage scope, timelines and budget, working closely with technology partners and suppliers to keep delivery controlled and transparent.
Oversee data migration, training and change activity so that teams adopt new ways of working with confidence.
Ensure the CRM underpins key activities such as supporter journeys, emergency appeals and regular giving, and operates in a secure, compliant way.
About you
Experienced project manager with a strong track record delivering complex CRM or core‑systems projects.
Comfortable with formal project methodologies and managing significant project budgets.
Strong stakeholder and communication skills, able to bridge technical delivery and operational realities across a diverse charity.
Ideally familiar with fundraising and supporter‑care environments, and motivated by using your skills to support humanitarian impact.
This is an opportunity to lead a pivotal digital change in the charity sector, leaving a lasting legacy in how a major humanitarian organisation connects with and cares for its supporters.
