Cyber Security Manager
Permanent | Remote – UK | £80,000–£90,000
We are working with a growing HealthTech organisation that is looking to appoint an experienced Cyber Security Manager to take ownership of security across its cloud-based technology environment.
This is a broad role covering security operations, governance, risk and assurance, with responsibility for ensuring the organisation’s systems, data and services remain protected as the business continues to scale.
You will work closely with Engineering, Infrastructure, Product and senior stakeholders to strengthen security controls, improve resilience and ensure security is embedded throughout technology delivery.
The role
You will lead day-to-day cyber security activity across the organisation, including security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, access controls and third-party assurance.
You will also contribute to wider security strategy, policies and frameworks, helping ensure the organisation maintains a strong security posture within a regulated healthcare environment.
We are looking for someone with experience across:
Cyber security management within a cloud-first organisation.
Security operations, incident management and vulnerability remediation.
Microsoft Azure or comparable public cloud environments.
Identity and access management.
Security risk assessments, policies and governance.
Third-party and supplier security assurance.
Supporting audits, compliance activity and security improvement programmes.
Experience within HealthTech, healthcare, SaaS or another regulated environment would be highly advantageous.
You will be confident working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and able to balance strong security controls with the practical needs of a fast-moving technology business.
This is a fully remote UK-based role with the opportunity to have significant influence over the development of the organisation’s security capability.
