Data & Insights Analyst

London | FTC | Hybrid | Up to £45,000

A well-established not-for-profit organisation is looking to strengthen its data and insight capability with the appointment of an experienced Data & Insights Analyst.

This role will support teams across the organisation by turning operational and customer data into clear, useful insight that can improve decision-making, service delivery and future planning.

You will work with a broad range of stakeholders to understand reporting needs, improve the quality and accessibility of information, and develop dashboards and analysis that provide a clearer view of performance and trends.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Producing regular management information, reports and dashboards.

• Analysing data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement.

• Working with stakeholders to understand reporting and insight requirements.

• Supporting the development of KPI frameworks and performance measures.

• Improving data quality, consistency and reporting processes.

• Creating clear visualisations and presenting findings to non-technical audiences.

• Supporting ad hoc analysis across operational and strategic projects.

We are looking for someone with:

• Previous experience in a data, reporting, BI or insight-focused role.

• Strong Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.

• Experience with Power BI or a similar visualisation tool.

• Good SQL capability.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Confidence working with stakeholders across different business areas.

• The ability to communicate data clearly and turn analysis into practical insight.

Experience gained within a charity, membership organisation, public sector body or other purpose-led environment would be advantageous, although this is not essential.
