What you will be doing:
Building and deploying predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical tools to support clinical and operational decision‑making
Working with large, complex healthcare datasets (structured and unstructured) to uncover insights and drive product innovation
Collaborating with engineers, product managers, clinicians, and stakeholders to translate data into actionable outcomes
Designing experiments, validating models, and ensuring robust, ethical use of patient data
Contributing to the long‑term data roadmap, tooling, and best practices
What you will bring:
Strong experience in data science, ideally within HealthTech, MedTech, Life Sciences, or another regulated data environment
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn)
Experience working with real‑world healthcare data (EHR, claims, clinical trials, genomics, etc.) is highly desirable
Solid understanding of statistics, experimentation, and model validation
Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences
A proactive, curious mindset and a passion for improving patient outcomes through data
