What you will be doing:


  • Building and deploying predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical tools to support clinical and operational decision‑making

  • Working with large, complex healthcare datasets (structured and unstructured) to uncover insights and drive product innovation

  • Collaborating with engineers, product managers, clinicians, and stakeholders to translate data into actionable outcomes

  • Designing experiments, validating models, and ensuring robust, ethical use of patient data

  • Contributing to the long‑term data roadmap, tooling, and best practices


What you will bring:


  • Strong experience in data science, ideally within HealthTech, MedTech, Life Sciences, or another regulated data environment

  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn)

  • Experience working with real‑world healthcare data (EHR, claims, clinical trials, genomics, etc.) is highly desirable

  • Solid understanding of statistics, experimentation, and model validation

  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences

  • A proactive, curious mindset and a passion for improving patient outcomes through data
