The Role
As the Digital Marketing Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind the content strategy and digital presence. You’ll work closely with founders, product, and sales to translate complex AI concepts into compelling, accessible content that attracts users, partners, and investors.
This is a hands‑on role with huge scope for growth — ideal for someone with 1–4 years’ experience in digital marketing who’s ready to step up and take ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a content strategy across web, social, email, and community channels
Create high‑quality written, visual, and short‑form video content showcasing our AI products and use cases
Manage and grow the social media presence (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok)
Optimise website content for SEO and lead generation
Support product launches with landing pages, campaigns, and messaging
Analyse performance metrics and iterate based on data
Collaborate with founders to shape brand tone, storytelling, and positioning
Identify opportunities for partnerships, PR, and community engagement
About You
For this Digital Marketing Lead role, we're looking for someone who is creative, curious, and proactive — someone who thrives in a startup environment and isn’t afraid to experiment.
You’ll bring:
1–4 years’ experience in digital marketing, content creation, or growth marketing
Strong writing skills and the ability to simplify technical topics
Experience producing content across multiple formats (blogs, social, video, email)
A solid understanding of SEO, analytics, and social media best practices
A genuine interest in AI, emerging tech, and innovation
A self‑starter mindset — comfortable owning projects end‑to‑end
Bonus: experience with marketing automation tools, Canva/Adobe, or basic video editing
