The Role: As Director of IT, you’ll head up the technology department, overseeing a talented team of developers, infrastructure specialists, and DevOps engineers. You’ll balance technical leadership with strategic decision-making to ensure the company’s digital products are scalable, secure, and ahead of the curve.
Your Background:
You've risen through the ranks from a coding background and can still drop into technical discussions when needed
Solid understanding of both infrastructure architecture and software development best practices
Proven success leading and scaling complex engineering teams in a SaaS or product-based company
Familiar with JavaScript-based stacks, specifically Node.js and React
An advocate for agile methods, cloud solutions, and delivering business value through technology

Lead the IT strategy and roadmap aligned to business goals
Guide architectural decisions across cloud infrastructure and full-stack development
Mentor and empower cross-functional technical teams
Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and project delivery timelines
