Role: Junior–Mid UX/UI Designer

Salary: £30k to £40k

A growing digital team near Leamington Spa is looking for a Junior–Mid UX/UI Designer who’s eager to learn, contribute, and develop their craft. If you’ve already built a solid foundation in UX and UI design and want a role where you can grow alongside experienced designers and developers, this could be a great next step.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the design of user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes

• Creating clean, intuitive UI designs for web and digital products

• Working closely with developers to understand how designs come to life

• Helping maintain design systems and component libraries

• Getting involved in user research and turning insights into design improvements

What You’ll Bring

• Some hands‑on experience in UX Design and UI Design (commercial or portfolio‑based)

• Confidence creating wireframes, mock‑ups, and visual design assets

• A good understanding of HTML and CSS

• Bonus points for any exposure to JavaScript or Vue.js

• A portfolio that shows your thinking, not just the final visuals
