Lead C# Engineer

Location: Oxford (Hybrid)

We’re partnering with a leading SaaS-based solutions company near Oxford in the search for a Lead C# Engineer to join their forward-thinking technology team. This is an exciting opportunity to take a leadership role in a collaborative, Test-Driven Development (TDD) environment, shaping scalable products used across the UK and beyond.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and mentor a small, agile team of engineers

• Architect and build modern web applications using C#, MVC, .NET Core, and Blazor

• Drive cloud-first solutions using Microsoft Azure services

• Champion clean code practices, automated testing, and continuous integration

• Work closely with Product Owners and Designers in a collaborative, Agile setup

About You:

• Expert-level experience with C#, MVC, .NET Core

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Azure and cloud-based architecture

• Experience building UI components using Blazor

• Solid understanding and application of TDD, CI/CD pipelines, and version control

• Passionate about engineering excellence, scalability, and teamwork
