Managing Director – Digital Consultancy | WFH / Hybrid (London)
We’re working with a high-growth digital consultancy that’s entering a pivotal phase of scale and transformation. They’re now seeking a commercially astute, operationally brilliant Managing Director to lead from the front and drive the business forward.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a true leadership role—partnering directly with the CEO & COO and taking ownership of daily operations, team alignment, and strategic execution. The successful candidate will be the engine room of the business, ensuring everything runs smoothly while keeping the company relevant, profitable, and client-focused.
The Opportunity
This isn’t a traditional 9-to-5 MD role. It’s hands-on, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial.
Leading and aligning a high-performing senior team across operations, finance, and commercial functions
Translating strategic vision into actionable plans and delivering results
Driving operational excellence, P&L performance, and sustainable growth
Building long-term client relationships and winning new business
Ensuring services remain competitive, innovative, and client-centric
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a proven leader with:
Experience as a Managing Director, COO, or senior operator in a digital consultancy or professional services firm
Strong commercial acumen and a track record in P&L ownership
Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, anticipatory mindset with a bias for execution
Experience navigating growth, transformation, or change in an SME context
Bonus if you bring a background in strategy consulting, business transformation, or digital innovation.
