We're working with a household name in the retail sector—a brand that’s synonymous with innovation and customer experience. As they embark on a major transformation programme, they’re seeking a dynamic Programme Manager to lead cross-functional teams and drive delivery across complex digital initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading end-to-end programme delivery across eCommerce platforms, with a strong emphasis on Hybris

• Managing multiple workstreams within a high-profile transformation programme

• Collaborating with senior stakeholders across technology, operations, and commercial teams

• Navigating legacy systems and integrating new retail technologies to enhance customer experience

• Driving agile delivery in a hybrid environment, ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated

What We’re Looking For:

• Demonstrable experience delivering large-scale eCommerce programmes

• Deep understanding of SAP Hybris and other retail systems

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage matrixed teams and third-party vendors

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Previous experience in retail or consumer-facing industries is essential
