Senior Product Manager

Senior Product Manager

Charity / Non-Profit

Hybrid - London

Up to £90k

We are partnering with a leading national charity to appoint a Senior Product Manager to transform the end-to-end experience for people accessing essential support services. This organisation is scaling quickly and needs a product leader who can blend empathy, data and delivery discipline to improve complex, high‑trust service journeys.

The organisation

  • Established UK charity delivering specialist assessments and ongoing support to people with complex needs.

  • Ambitious multi‑year growth plans to broaden access beyond traditional routes.

  • Early in its product maturity, with genuine scope to shape how product thinking and practice are embedded across the organisation.

The role

You will own key journeys from first contact and onboarding through to engagement and ongoing support, with a clear focus on reducing friction and uncertainty for service users. Working across Product, Technology, Operations, and Marketing, you’ll lead discovery and delivery for high‑impact initiatives that improve both outcomes and experience.

Key focuses include:

  • Defining problems, theory and success measures for critical user journeys.

  • Owning an outcome‑led roadmap and making evidence‑based prioritisation decisions.

  • Turning insight from data, user feedback and service operations into clear opportunity briefs and decision‑ready options.

  • Collaborating closely with engineering and design to shape scope, agree acceptance criteria and ship meaningful improvements.

  • Ensuring changes land smoothly with operations through aligned processes, training, communications and benefits tracking.

  • Improving in‑product clarity and trust moments, working with content and marketing colleagues where product and brand intersect.

This is not a feature‑factory or project management role; your success is measured on outcomes, learning speed and cross‑functional decision quality.

About you

  • Extensive experience in product management, owning journeys and shipping changes with measurable impact.

  • Comfortable working in complex, regulated or high‑trust services (for example health, charity, social care or similar).

  • Confident collaborating with operational specialists, customer‑facing teams, marketers, clinicians and engineers.[

  • A builder who enjoys shaping functions, challenging the status quo and using data transparently to make better decisions.

Offering

  • Salary circa up to £90k depending on experience.

  • Hybrid working with regular time in a central London office.

  • Generous annual leave, pension and people‑focused benefits.

  • The opportunity to play a pivotal role in one of the UK’s most ambitious mission‑driven organisations, expanding access to vital support services.

If you’re passionate about building safe, scalable, human‑centred services within the charity and non‑profit space, we would be keen to speak with you about this role and similar appointments we manage.
