Solutions Architect – HealthTech

United Kingdom

Solutions Architect – HealthTech

Contract | Remote within the UK

We are working with a growing HealthTech organisation that is looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to support the design and delivery of a number of complex digital healthcare initiatives.

This is a contract position for someone who can operate across architecture, integration and technical delivery, working closely with engineering teams, product stakeholders and external partners to ensure solutions are scalable, secure and aligned with wider technology strategy.

You will be involved from early-stage discovery through to implementation, helping to define architecture, challenge technical decisions and ensure that new solutions integrate effectively with existing platforms and services.

Key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Designing end-to-end solution architectures across cloud-based applications and services.

  • Defining integration approaches between internal platforms, APIs and third-party systems.

  • Working closely with engineering teams to ensure architectural decisions are practical and deliverable.

  • Producing technical designs, architecture documentation and implementation guidance.

  • Reviewing non-functional requirements including scalability, resilience, performance and security.

  • Supporting technical governance and architecture review processes.

  • Working with business and product stakeholders to translate requirements into appropriate technical solutions.

We are looking for someone with proven experience working as a Solutions Architect within complex digital environments, ideally across SaaS, HealthTech or other regulated sectors.

You will bring strong cloud architecture experience, a good understanding of APIs and systems integration, and the ability to communicate effectively with both senior stakeholders and hands-on technical teams.

Experience of healthcare interoperability, clinical systems, data platforms or regulated digital products would be highly advantageous, although not essential.

This is a fully remote UK contract opportunity with the chance to contribute to technology that supports meaningful improvements across healthcare services.
