
VP of Product – Global EdTech SaaS - hybrid
A global EdTech SaaS company is looking for a VP of Product to take ownership of product strategy and execution across a suite of platforms used by schools and colleges around the world. The business provides cloud‑based solutions to education institutions and is scaling internationally, with customers across multiple regions.
The role
Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned to company goals and customer outcomes in school education.
Own portfolio‑level prioritisation and roadmap planning across multiple SaaS products at different stages of maturity.
Partner closely with Engineering, regional commercial leaders and customer‑facing teams to translate market insight into product requirements and deliverables.
Establish and track success metrics and KPIs to drive data‑informed decision‑making and continuous improvement.
Represent Product in senior forums, providing concise updates on roadmap progress, risks and opportunities.
Build and develop a high‑performing, globally distributed product management team, with consistent ways of working and clear career paths.
What you’ll bring
Experience working with complex, multi‑stakeholder customer environments (for example schools, school groups, or other institutional buyers).
A track record of launching and scaling products in multiple markets and managing portfolios across growth, optimisation and innovation phases.
Significant product management experience in B2B SaaS, including several years in senior leadership, managing other product leaders.
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to move seamlessly into hands‑on execution when required.
Background in, or strong exposure to, education or EdTech.
Familiarity with student data privacy, data protection and regulatory considerations in education.
Experience with analytics or data‑driven products.
