The directors of Franklin Bates hold 58 years of experience, knowledge and know-how and thus, are the trusted advisor to many. We don't just recruit, we CONSULT. In 2013 Franklin Bates was formed to be, and continues to be, a specialist within technical recruitment, being a friend to both the client and candidate.

The role of a Sales Client Services Recruitment Consultant

  • Attract your own business, follow up on leads and introductions from the directors
  • Work with hiring managers through to CTO
  • Negotiate terms of 25%+
  • Become referenceable in your specialism
  • Be someone in a focused business, not just another recruiter towing the large company line and classical style (we're grown ups!)
  • Qualify and converse with clients about needs and their challenges
  • Grow and/or advance a specialist area, thus joining the world of recognised recruitment consulants 
  • Build respect, trust, knowledge and wisdom in your specialist area (such as Data, Security, Software Engineering, Software Testing and Infrastructure)
  • Learn to determine the 'good' within the technologies and relevancies to each job
  • Manage yourself and your business desk in a disciplined, focused and spirited style
  • Be comfortable socialising and entertaining clients through our company events.
